At BEMI Beauty Box, we want you to glow with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened skincare or cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BEMI account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Your Package
Place the unused beauty products back in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
